Floor Plan Profile: 612 Bentley Collection

We love the 612 Bentley Collection floor plan for new homes in Argyle TX. It’s a great family home that offers single-level living in a spacious layout. With 2,759 square feet of living area, it can be customized with 4 or 5 bedrooms and 3 or 4 baths.

Version I of the 612 Bentley floor plan has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The front entry opens into a long hallway leading to the open-concept family room, kitchen and dining area. A wall of windows in the family room looks out on the covered patio and back yard. The master bedroom suite is secluded at the rear of the house and features a soaking tub, separate shower, and double sink vanity.

Two bedrooms near the front of the house share a second full bath. The fourth bedroom across the hall has its own full bath and walk-in closet, making it ideal for guests or older children. The home also has a study, media room and plenty of storage space. In Version II of the 612 Bentley plan, the study is converted to a fifth bedroom.
