Residents will enjoy having space to relax or play sports outdoors, take a walk through the community or get together with friends for a picnic.

Students living in Pecan Meadow will attend the Plano Independent School District. The multicultural district is one of two in the state to have a Chinese bilingual program.

Landon Homes offers 7 floor plans for Pecan Meadow. Homes are in the 1,953-3,313 square foot range and have 3-5 bedrooms, 2-5 baths and 2 car garages. One and two story plans are available.

The 538 Fontaine Collection floor plan is a spacious amenity-loaded home with everything a busy family could want. It has a private study just off the front entry, a laundry room and powder room near the main living areas, and an open concept kitchen and family room. Additional first floor living space is provided by a dining room, media room and covered back patio. The first floor master suite features an elegant bathroom with corner tub and separate vanities. On the second floor, two additional bedrooms share a full bath, while the game room offers a flexible space that can adapt to a family’s changing needs.

Allen is a growing area with an abundance of activities and attractions, from outdoor adventure sports and spectator sports to fine arts and cultural events.
