We are temporarily suspending Warranty Services with the exception of emergency items. Any ticket submitted as a non-emergent item beginning on 3/13/2020 will be closed. All tickets that were submitted before that date will be put on hold until normal operations come back online. Once our trade partners and vendors have agreed on a date where everyone is comfortable with continuing service, there will be a few changes to help manage the submittals in an organized fashion. We are requiring all non-emergency items be turned in at specific time intervals. Should you have any warranty items, please compile a list and submit at 30 days, 90 days, 6 months and 11 months following your date of Closing. Non-emergent items can and should be called in directly to the appropriate Company as listed on your kitchen cabinet sticker or follow the emergency contact tab.
We are monitoring the situation and will be working with our trade partners to ensure all workers will be using all sanitary processes necessary to help prevent any further spread of viruses. Emergency items (plumbing not working, roof leaks, breakers won’t reset, heating and air conditioning not working, for example) can be called in directly using the emergency contact numbers found beneath your kitchen sink or located at the top of this page on the emergency contact tab.
As a company, we have asked all Landon Homes employees to stay home should they, or anyone in their family are feeling ill or have symptoms. Vendors and suppliers to the residential construction industry are doing the same and that will create shortages of available staff as well as products..
