Landon Homes is thrilled to announce that we are finalists for two 2021 McSAM Awards. The awards are given by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Dallas Builders Association for sales and marketing excellence among the region’s home builders.

Two of our home plans are finalists in the categories of “Best Interior Merchandising, Sales Price Under $300,000” and “Best Architectural Design, Detached Home Under $350,000.” The nominated plans are the 21 Magnolia Collection and 15 Jasmine Collection.

The 21 Magnolia Collection is a 2,086 square foot two story home with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 baths. We offer a variety of exterior elevations with either a single or double-decker front porch. This home features a bright, open interior with a first floor study and owner’s suite. The Magnolia I has a second floor game room plus two bedrooms and a full bath. Magnolia II has a secondary bedroom and full bath on the first floor, making it a 4-bedroom plan. Magnolia III is a 4-bedroom plan with the owner’s suite and study on the first floor and 3 secondary bedrooms on the second floor. Magnolia IV is a 5-bedroom plan with two bedrooms on the first floor and 3 on the second. This home starts at $384,990.

Our 15 Jasmine Collection floor plan is 1,506 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. One or two story plans are available in a selection of elevations. The single-story Jasmine I has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Jasmine II has a second-floor game room with a large storage closet. Jasmine III has a powder room in place of the storage closet. Jasmine IV is a 4-bedroom design with the additional bedroom and a full bath on the second floor next to the game room. The Jasmine starts at $334,990.

Both home designs are available to build in Magnolia Landing Cottages in Rowlett TX. The community features single-family cottage homes on 40’ lots. Homes are designed with rear entry garages to preserve the traditional cottage feel of the front elevation. Magnolia Landing is planned around a mews concept where homes face each other across open green spaces with sidewalks, where residents can relax, play and socialize. Phase 1 is almost filled and Phase 2 is coming soon.

The McSAM Awards will be presented Saturday, July 24 at the Westin Galleria Dallas and streamed live.
