  4. LAST 2 MONTH’S BANK STATEMENTS
  5. LAST 2 MONTH’S ADDITIONAL ASSET STATEMENTS (401k, IRA, Stock, CD, etc…)
  6. DRIVERS LICENSE
  7. CANCELLED EARNEST MONEY CHECKS WRITTEN TO LANDON HOMES WITH COORDINATING BANK STATEMENTS
  8. If NOT a US Citizen: VALID VISA, EAD, OR PERMANENT RESIDENT ALIEN CARD
  9. If 25% or more Owner-Self Employed:  LAST 2 YEARS BUSINESS TAX RETURNS, K-1’S, AND CURRENT PROFIT/LOSS AND BALANCE SHEET
  10. If Relocating with your Company: RELOCATION AGREEMENT TO ENSURE ALL INCENTIVES ARE MAXIMIZED
