The Lexington Country Platinum Series homes are priced from the $470’s and feature three, four and five bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 3,140 square feet to nearly 4,000 square feet. The Lexington Country Executive Series homes start at the $590’s and feature three to six bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 3,164 square feet to nearly 5,000 square feet.

There are only seven lots left to purchase with pre-construction pricing at Lexington Country. Once these lots are gone, all prices will increase by $20K.
