Floor Plan Profile: 529 Rainer Collection

Every so often we like to highlight some of our favorite designs for Frisco TX new homes. These profiles give you an opportunity to see some of the great home plans that are available to you when you build with Landon Homes.

This week we’re showcasing our 529 Rainer Collection home design. You can fit a lot of living into this spacious, customizable two-story home. With 2,947 square feet of living area, the home has 4 bedrooms, 3-4 baths and a 2-car garage.

Open-plan living areas are centered around a two-story family room that has two tiers of windows to let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen has a walk-in corner pantry and stainless steel appliances.

The first-floor owner’s bedroom has a volume ceiling. Master bath appointments include a double-sink vanity, shower with bench seat, bathtub, enclosed water closet, linen cupboard and walk-in closet. A second bedroom on the first floor has a walk-in closet and is next to a full bath. The adjacent flex room could be a study or dining room with either an open entry or French doors.

Upstairs there’s an open game room with a balcony overlooking the family room. A separate media room adjoins the game room. Two bedrooms share a full bath. The 529 Rainer Collection floor plan includes the option to add another bathroom to provide a full bath for every bedroom.

This home also has a recessed covered patio that offers privacy and protection from the weather so you can enjoy it throughout the year. Homes built on this floor plan start at $554,990.
