The #612 Bentley Collection is one of our newest plans. We’re so excited about this plan that we’ve chosen to feature it in the new model home we opened recently in Canyon Falls.
At 2,759 square feet, this floor plan packs a lot of living into a convenient and spacious one-story home. It is available in several versions. The #612 Bentley I has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths while version II has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. In version I the 5th bedroom is converted to a study.
At the heart of the home, a stylish kitchen is open to the family room and dining room. Plenty of cabinets, a corner pantry and large island make this kitchen as functional as it is beautiful.
