Get Into a New Lexington Country Home by Winter

Lexington Country is a gated master planned community featuring a luxurious clubhouse, a resort-style pool, toddler pool, fitness center, playgrounds, green spaces, and walking and biking trails. You can even walk to Harold Bacchus Community Park and Yucca Ridge Park.

If you purchase one of our Quick Move-In homes now, you could be enjoying all these amenities in the coming year. We’re currently building a selection of Quick Move-In homes for winter 2021 occupancy. These homes sell fast, though, so contact us right away for the latest updates on availability. These spacious, energy-efficient homes start in the mid-$500’s.

You can also plan a new home with us by choosing your lot and floor plan. We offer 65’ lots in the Lexington Country Classic Series. Seven floor plans are available to build. These 2,759-4,475 square foot homes have 4-5 bedrooms, open-concept living areas and flex spaces for working at home, learning or play.

The 697 Middleton Collection is a 3,968 square foot home with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and a 2-car garage. Luxury abounds in the first floor owner’s suite with volume ceiling, well-appointed bath and two walk-in closets. A second bedroom with private full bath and walk-in closet is located on the first floor in a quiet location next to the study.

A curved staircase highlights the foyer, while a second back staircase is conveniently located just off the kitchen. The second floor has an open game room and three more bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath, while the third is across the hall from another full bath. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet.
