Team Member Profile: Effie Ascaridis

This time we’re shining our spotlight on Effie Ascaridis, our New Homes Sales Manager. As the leader of our sales team, Effie has a wide range of responsibilities. She helps our customers through the home building process and guides the other sales professionals. Most of her time is spent meeting potential customers, following up with interested home buyers, answering their questions and helping them achieve their goal of owning a new home. She also works with her sales teams to help them set goals and perform at their best.

“I love my job because everyone who works here shares the same vision and is dedicated in helping families find their perfect home,” she says. She enjoys using her good listening and communication skills to build relationships with colleagues and customers.

In 2018 Effie won our Sales Manager of the Year award, Unit Producer of the Year award and Outstanding Achievement Reward. It’s no surprise that she describes herself as “highly motivated, committed and goal-driven.”

When she’s not working, Effie makes sure her own neighborhood is a good place to live by volunteering for the Neighborhood Watch and cleanup. She’s a world traveler and even lived in Greece for 5 years. Her favorite sports team is the Chicago Cubs and she gives a thumbs up for #teampizza.

We’re happy to say that Effie has been with Landon Homes for 12 years. Before she came here, she sold real estate in Los Angeles for several years. She has an Associate’s Degree from Wilbur Wright College in Chicago.

Effie manages sales at our Canyon Falls community in Argyle TX. Canyon Falls is only a few minutes from Flower Mound, DFW airport and major finance employers. The community has numerous amenities including a swimming pool, walking paths, open spaces and a dog park.
